What is an ABR?...

An Accredited Buyer's Representative is a designation recognized by the National Association of Realtors. Through training, experience and on-going continuing education, the ABR knows how to represent the Buyer's best interests and  professionally negotiate that is fair, safe and legal.

Buyer's Representation Is A Must......

  • Buyers need experienced representation in all buying scenarios

  • Buyers can free up their time in closing the transaction

  • Buyers need market knowledge to determine the right Offer

  • Buyers need a negotiating partner in dealing with the Seller

  • I can represent you in confidentiality

  • I can provide market data and analyze the Offer price

  • I can negotiate with "FOR SALE BY OWNERS"

    • Remember - FSBO's have only their best interests at heart

    • Dealing with FSBO's directly can get emotional

    • FSBO's do not always provide all of the legally required disclosures and documents

  • I can negotiate with BUILDERS

    • Remember - Builders have only their best interests at heart

    • Some Builders are not qualified to act as REALTORS and do not even have to have a real estate license to sell their homes

    • You need to make sure everything is disclosed as required by Texas law

    • Even "new homes" need inspections by other than Builder representatives

  • I can negotiate with other REALTORS

    • When represented by me, your Buyers Agent, I have your best interests at heart

    • I can negotiate to maximize your purchase ability
